The Strategic Planning Committee starts their work with the Incoming President approximately six months prior to induction. The committee works with the Incoming President to understand the high level goals they would like to accomplish during their presidency. The Committee assists the Incoming President with strategy meetings prior to the term as well as strategy meetings throughout the year. In addition, the Committee plays a key part in the Leadership Retreat which is conducted approximately one month prior to the President’s induction. Throughout the year the Committee provides project status reports to help the Board track their goals and objectives.
Additionally, the Strategic Planning Committee supports the President in developing or refining a 3-5 year Strategic Plan that helps the club toward its vision and achieving the Object of Rotary. |
